Trish Fields is an accomplished nonprofit and association executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving growth, innovation, and impact across the clean energy sector. She specializes in launching and transforming mission-driven organizations, turning strategic vision into measurable results in operations, finance, membership, sponsorship, events, fundraising, and policy advocacy. Most recently, Trish served as Executive Director of the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE), where she led a successful organizational turnaround--achieving record membership growth, financial strength, and industry influence.

She is also the founder of Fields Associates (F.A.), an association and nonprofit management firm providing executive leadership, strategic advisory, and management services to associations, nonprofits, consortiums, and foundations. F.A.’s clients included NECEC (now ACT), SEBANE, New England Women in Energy and Environment, Energy Storage Association, Clean Energy Business Network, Energy Foundation, CoreNet New England, North Shore Technology Council, Metropolitan Area Planning Council, Life Science Consortium of the North Shore, and Adaptive Sports New England, among others.

Earlier in her career, Trish was a co-founding team member of both the New England Clean Energy Council (NECEC)—now the Alliance for Climate Transition (ACT)—where she served as Vice President of Operations and Membership, and Advanced Energy Economy (AEE)—now Advanced Energy United—where she held multiple senior leadership roles including Vice President of Partnerships and Strategic Engagement. Across these roles, she helped secure more than $50 million in initial funding, scale organizations nationally, and build enduring coalitions that advanced clean energy policy and market growth.

Olivia is the Program Manager for Cleantech Open Northeast, ACT. She has experience working with a variety of environmental organizations, in policy and non-profit groups at both the local and national levels. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations-Political Science from Wellesley College. She is originally from midcoast Maine and has a passion for and commitment to climate change mitigation and business sustainability.

Natasha Perez is the Vice President of Strategic Communications at ACT. Natasha is a seasoned Executive and Project Manager renowned for her mission-driven approach and rich experience; she has a proven track record of leading large, diverse teams and driving complex strategic projects across healthcare, energy, and government sectors. Natasha brings extensive experience to NECEC from years of instrumental consultancy work spanning nonprofit programs, government organizations, and corporate entities. Before joining ACT full-time, Natasha served in pivotal roles, including Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Senate and President of Alta Management Consulting. Throughout her career, Natasha has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight, overseeing legislative priorities, negotiating with key stakeholders, and driving impactful policy. Passionate about contributing to innovative, fast-paced organizations, Natasha leverages her management experience, analytical skills, and communications expertise to drive impactful change. She fosters collaborative problem-solving and strategic vision, empowering teams to achieve organizational goals. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Project Management with a focus on Marketing and Branding from Boston University.

Alistair Pim is Vice President, Innovation & Partnerships for ACT. Prior to ACT, Alistair was VP of Business Development and Alliances in the Global Smart Cities segment at Schneider Electric, where he was responsible for developing the partner ecosystem. Alistair has extensive experience in the energy technology industry initiating and developing strategic relationships regionally and globally with IT industry leaders and local government, then building and managing teams to leverage these relationships for mutual business benefit and customer value. Prior to Schneider Electric Alistair was with start-up SynQor Inc, working as GM European operations, and VP WW Sales. Alistair serves on the cleantech committee for the MIT Enterprise Forum and served on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of ASAP (Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals), and is a CSAP (Certified Strategic Alliance Professional). He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK) and a BS in Engineering Science from the University of Exeter (UK).

Serving as ACT's first Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice & Workforce Development, Barry leads the organization's efforts to ensure that the elements of DEIJ are embedded as imperatives in ACT's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. He progresses and champions a truly diverse and inclusive culture for ACT as an organization, with the ACT Board and across the ACT ecosystem, including its partner and member organizations. Barry is a seasoned Diversity Practitioner with more than 18 years of experience. In his development and oversight role with the Boston Planning and Development Agency, he was charged with leading the organization's racial, equity and diversity priorities while working to establish collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders. Barry is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) which is the premiere Department of Defense school in Diversity, Inclusion, Equal Opportunity and Equal Employment, focused on training, education, and research. He also previously managed the Discrimination Complaints Program for the United States Naval Air Systems Command. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving on Active Duty for 18 years.

Tim is the Vice President, Public Policy and Government Affairs. He brings extensive experience in public policy and government strategy, working at the state and municipal levels in legislative and executive settings. Tim served in multiple senior positions in two mayoral administrations in the City of Somerville, MA, most recently as a Senior Advisor to the Mayor on policy, strategy, the mayoral transition, and the city’s response to COVID-19. He served in the prior mayoral administration as the COVID-19 Deputy Incident Commander and policy lead, and before that as the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. Prior to working in the City of Somerville, Tim served as the Chief of Staff to Massachusetts State Senator Pat Jehlen and in multiple roles in the office of Massachusetts State Representative Tim Toomey. He holds a BS from Carleton College in American Studies and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he earned a Certificate in Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences. Throughout his time in the public sector, Tim successfully guided several complex initiatives and negotiations that led to the passage of legislation and approval of major public infrastructure projects.
