Advocacy & Policy Expertise

Our Policy and Government Affairs team engages with legislators, administration officials and utilities to craft solutions that support state goals and unleash the power of clean energy and climate innovation. We work with our members to understand their challenges and advocate alongside allies for changes that speed the just, equitable transition.

Events

ACT convenes thought leaders and influencers from across the energy and public policy spectrum on a number of key issues, such as grid modernization, energy siting and more. We also host member mixers and other events to connect with partners and allies.

Committees & Working Groups

In addition to the monthly Policy Committee meetings that cover a range of topics across the region with support from our state partners, ACT hosts issue-specific working groups that meet regularly for information sharing and discussion. These groups are open to all members.

ACT's Strategic Communications team operates a robust marketing and branding platform which provides exposure for members across our social media, newsletters, radio shows, TV, op-eds, and print media.
