Speakers
For this second convening in NECEC’s event series about energy storage in the Northeast, public sector leaders will share perspectives on the challenges and benefits of developing energy storage projects in the region. This invite-only event features a keynote from MassCEC, which launched its Advancing Commonwealth Energy Storage initiative in 2015 to promote the growth of the energy storage market in Massachusetts. During a panel discussion and breakout session, leaders from municipalities, state universities, municipal light plants, and regional transport authorities discussed lessons learned from their own work developing energy storage projects and examined ways to accelerate deployment of storage as a key part of our future energy system.
